1. Introduction and Scope
This Policy applies only to the Consulting Fees and Value-Added Service Fees you pay to Schengen Visit Visa (the “Company”). We charge these fees for our professional help with your Visa, Residency, and Citizenship applications (“Services”).
GOVERNMENT FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. This Policy does not cover the Visa Fees, Application Fees, or Investment Capital you pay to the Government or Consulate. Government fees are non-refundable unless the government tells us otherwise. By buying our Services, you agree to this Policy.
2. General Refund Conditions
We only consider refunds for our fees if you have paid them and meet the Refund Eligibility Criteria below.
- Right to Decline: If you do not meet the Eligibility Criteria, the Company can decline your refund request. This is our decision alone.
- How to Apply: You must send a formal refund request via email to our official contact address within the set time limit.
- Deductions: We will deduct any Transaction Charges (like bank fees or exchange losses) from the final amount we return to you.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
We will accept a refund request only under these strict conditions:
- Cancellation Deadline: You must formally cancel the Service at least three (3) business days before your first scheduled consultation or document submission date. You must send proof of this cancellation.
- Time Limit for Request: You must send the formal refund request within 30 days of the date the Service was cancelled.
- Excessive Charges: If you show proof that we mistakenly charged you more than once for the same Service, the extra amount may be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Situations (No Refund Granted)
We will not grant refunds for Consulting Fees or Value-Added Service Fees in these cases, as we have already started working on your file:
- Partial Service Use: You have already used part of the Consulting Service (e.g., you had the initial meeting or we started reviewing your documents).
- Applicant Withdrawal: You decide not to move forward with your visa, residency, or citizenship application after paying us.
- Application Issues: The Government or Consulate rejects your application because you provided incomplete or wrong documents, or chose the wrong visa type.
- Government Decision: The Government rejects, delays, or cancels your application. Remember: Our fee pays for our consulting service, not a guaranteed approval.
- Missed Appointments: You miss a scheduled consultation or document submission appointment and do not cancel it in time.
5. Refund Processing and Receipt
- Processing Timeline: We will typically process an approved refund within fifteen (15) working days from the date we notify you of the decision.
- Mode of Payment: We process refunds using the exact same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g., the money goes back to the same credit card).
- External Delays: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends only on your bank or card issuer.
